The summer season is almost upon us. Join high-energy artist Chandra Rice to create beautiful lanterns to light your summer nights this year. We'll explore using washi paper and wire to make hanging lanterns, and we'll play with tin and aluminum to make votive candle holders. All tools and materials included. Because we will be using wire cutters and tin punches, some manual dexterity is required (ages 12+).

$20 per person, supplies included. Registration required.

Please note: The Library will not issue refunds for missed programs. No refunds will be issued less than 7 days before the session date. Please notify us of cancellations promptly.

Program Policies

Cancellation of Program by the Library

• Registrants will be notified of a cancelled program as early as possible.
• All fees paid will be refunded.

Cancellation of Registration by the Registrant

• Registrants will notify the Library immediately if they are unable to attend. 
• Cancellations received less than one week before the program date will not receive a refund. 
• Registrants who miss or forget a program will not receive a refund. 

Photography/Recording

• The Library is a public space. Attendance at Library Programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for County of Brant Public Library publicity purposes. 
• Names of individuals will be used in photograph captions only with express written consent on a Photo Permission Form.
