Event Details

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADhD) is the most commonly diagnosed mental disorder of children. Adults with ADhD may have trouble managing time, being organized, setting goals, and even holding down a job. They may also have problems with relationships, self-esteem, and addiction. Join Diane Brunette, a Registered Counsellor and ADDCA Certified ADHD Coach for a series of talks this fall to help people learn more about ADhD. Sessions are as follows:
1. Best Brain Health for the ADhD Brain (September 12)
2. Decision Making and ADhD (October 10)
3. How to Retrain Your Brain to be Positive (November 14)
4. How to Handle the Stress of Holidays (December 12)

Program Policies

Cancellation of Program by the Library

  • Registrants will be notified of a cancelled program as early as possible.
  • All fees paid will be refunded.

Cancellation of Registration by the Registrant

  • Registrants will notify the Library immediately if they are unable to attend. 
  • Cancellations received less than one week before the program date will not receive a refund. 
  • Registrants who miss or forget a program will not receive a refund. 

Photography/Recording

  • The Library is a public space. Attendance at Library Programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for County of Brant Public Library publicity purposes. 
  • Names of individuals will be used in photograph captions only with express written consent on a Photo Permission Form.
