Event Details

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADhD) is the most commonly diagnosed mental disorder of children. Adults with ADhD may have trouble managing time, being organized, setting goals, and even holding down a job. Join registered Counsellor and ADDCA Certified ADhD Coach Diane Brunette on the second Saturday of each month to socialize and learn more about ADhD. This ADhD-friendly support group is a safe, non-judgmental place where you can come out to learn how incredible you are and celebrate being you! The support group is ideal for people ages 17 and up with ADhD and their loved ones as well as parents of children with ADhD.

Free program. Registration required.
