Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADhD) is the most commonly diagnosed mental disorder of children. Adults with ADhD may have trouble managing time, being organized, setting goals, and even holding down a job. They may also have problems with relationships, self-esteem, and addiction. Join Diane Brunette, a Registered Counsellor and ADDCA Certified ADHD Coach for a series of talks this Fall to help people learn more about ADhD. Register for just one—or all—of these great
sessions!
Sessions are as follows:
ADhD in the Classroom (September 18)
Natural Ways to Help the ADhD Brain (October 16)
Managing Meltdowns and Anger (November 20)
